Obviously playing time is always an issue. On our house teams, our goal is to have equal playing time for all kids. We emphasize this over winning games. While this is always our goal, it does not always work out that way. If playing time is an issue you are encouraged to speak to your coach (away from the kids) and or contact a board member.
Our tournament teams and 7/8 are slightly different. These are designed to be highly competitive teams with the intent of winning while learning. We will always try to be fair in overall playing time but when the situations dictate, we will do what is necessary to win the game.
